Description

"The Behemoth: one of the most peculiar beasts ever to exist. Described with 'hide of steel, massive fangs, and spines running on it's back' scientists thought it was a late-surviving dinosaur that disappeared. However, it's still present, it's a mammal, and it looks even BETTER than the description..." - Journal Entry of Boris Long, British Explorer and Cryptozoologist of the 19th Century.
" And here's our behemoth exhibit! Now, as you can see, it's an... Oh... Oh no... ALRIGHT we're moving on!" - Zookeeper at the Audubon Cryptid Zoo, giving a tour that took "a bad turn"...
===========
Name: Behemoth (African Behemoth to be precise)
Scientific Name: Behemuthus (B. africanus TBP)
Length: Varies with species (32 feet/ 9.8 meters for B. africanus
Height: Varies with species (18 feet/ 5.5 meters for B. africanus)
Weight: Varies with species (24 tons/21.8 metric tons for B. africanus)
Range: Found everywhere except Antarctica and Australia

The behemoth is a perplexing beast. For starters, it may look like a weird hippo, buffalo, or rhino, but it's neither. It's a unique clade named, respectively, Behemuthoidea. Next, it has a combination of branching horns and tusks.  To add more, it has large spines running down it's back to it's tail that are analogous to the scutes on a stegosaurus. Finally, it has extremely dense, extremely-resilient hide, which makes it a very challenging creature for animals (or poachers) to hunt. However, it's rather light, making it very useful for those who know what to use it. One of the uses include a defense cloak mages, elves, and orcs use for warfare. However, it's softer on the neck and underbelly and softer on calves.
